Foreclosure Inspections

If a foreclosure is necessary, this inspection will determine the condition of the property to make sure that the former residents have not caused significant damage on their way out.

HPIR (HUD Property Inspection Reports)

Rock Solid Management can complete HUD Property Inspection Reports which include basic information about the property such as property type and address plus three parts; Property Conveyance Condition Report, Initial Inspection Report and Property Condition Report (PCR).

HUD Title 1

HUD insures lenders against losses on home improvements loans, and Rock Solid Management will find out how the allocation of funds is being used.

Insurance Loss

This inspection approximates the percentage of repairs that have been completed based on the type and amount of damage. It also examines whether or not insurance disbursements are being used appropriately.

Occupancy Verification

Rock Solid Management will find out if the property is currently occupied by the mortgagee or if it has been abandoned or otherwise fallen into disrepair and prepare an official report for you.

Property Condition Reports

This is where Rock Solid Management will inform you of the overall condition of the property and find out anything that could have an impact on the value of the home.

Sales Date Inspections

This is a special inspection conducted on the day of a sale to record and confirm the condition of the property and to officially verify the occupancy or lack thereof.

Customized Inspections

Rock Solid Management offer customized inspections that may include full appraisals, drive-by appraisals, inspections of interior and exterior components, and much more.
